A Season of Cooking: Spinich

Wow, this week has flown by. I can’t believe it is already time for this again. This week Katie has a great post about how to use spinach. Spinach is tricky because you can’t store it in the freezer, so you have to use it right when you have it or within a week or so. One way we use it on our family is the same way Katie shares.
