		<description>I don&#039;t know if you have covered this or do this in your home, but we keep kid friendly snacks in their own drawer that the kids are able to get into by themselves.  

How about preserving food before it goes bad?  I had some spinach that was about to go south and we were going out of town, so I steamed it and stuck it in a freezer bag.  I&#039;ll use it the next time I make lasagna, yum!</description>
