When you sponsor a blogger you are not only giving them money for a conference, but you are showing support and advertising in a way like no other. Bloggers reach people in many different ways that would normally take multiple people at your company to reach. You are given the opportunity to get your company name/brand out, support the blogging community and get your name in front of thousands of consumers and influential bloggers through Twitter, Facebook, blogs and at the conference itself.
In February 2010 I, Melissa Earl, will be attending the Blisdom blogging Conference held in Nashville Tenn. I will be representing those that sponser me to this event and networking with many other bloggers and consumers in that process.
About Me:
I am a Work At Home mom with 2 wonderful children. I run my blog so that I am able to stay at home with them while still contributing to the family. My Site is all about sharing the best deals while encouraging and helping my readers to live debt free or become debt free. I share my successes and failures and share in the success and financial freedom of my readers. I like to shop for healthy foods for my family and I strive to cook from scratch as much as possible. In doing this, I save as much money as possible so we can have enough now and enough in the future without having debt.
My readers respect my honest opinions and integrity as they share in my experiences as I strive to live a frugal lifestyle. They know that the deals, ideas, and companies I share with them are all things of integrity and I will only share with them what I would use and do myself. I have nearly 9,000 pageviews a month, 236+ Twitter followers, and 165+ facebook followers. Each of these grows daily and reaches more people. A Media Kit will be available upon request.
If you feel your company will be a good fit for a sponsorship for my attendance at the upcoming conference, then here are some details of sponsorship:
Benefits to Your Company:
I will be offering the following for premium sponsorship:
· Mention and link to the Landing page of your choice in a minimum of four (4) blog posts.
· At least four (4) mentions of the company on twitter with an @company name referral if the company has a twitter page.
· Mention in a Vlog (video-blog) Prior to the conference and at least 1 while at the conference as I vlog from the conference.
· Optional: Wearing of Clothing and/or using a bag with your company’s logo (must be provided by you)
· Optional: Giveaway done on my site for your product before, during, or after the event (your choice). If you decide you would like this option, I must be able to try or have tried the product for the giveaway, as I would not offer something to my readers that I couldn’t recommend. This will not be needed if you offer a gift card as a giveaway.
The optional choices are included in the premium sponsorship package, but only if your company wants them. I am also open to any other ideas you may have.
Sponsorship Pricing and Details:
Premium Sponsorship: $1,600
This includes all trip expenses including travel expenses, hotel accommodations, conference ticket, workshop tickets, and cab fare to and from the airport.
I am open to multiple smaller sponsorships, but I would prefer a single premium sponsor, as it would be the most beneficial for the sponsor. I am also open to reducing the sponsorship amount by removing some of the offers above or reducing the amounts they will be done (ex: reducing the number of times mentioned on twitter). Should you decide to sponsor me, not only will your company receive lots of publicity from me but your brand will be exposed to many other influential bloggers online and you will be showing your support of the blogging community as a whole.
