Some of you may not think this is a really frugal thing, but it really is. I will explain as I go through the post, so if you are wondering how this is frugal please read on and you will get it (I hope) by the end.
Over the last few months I have seen many things in my life start to spiral out of control. One by one things started to get more and more unorganized and more and more out of control. From My kids, to my home, to our finances. I wrote a bit ago about how we were 1/2 way through the month and realized something was wrong in our finances. We had an emergency meeting and fixed it. We are watching very closely this month and so far have been doing well with it.
So, call me crazy since I am so close to having the baby, but I am getting so tired of my house and life being out of control. As my house and schedule have gotten totally messed up, I have began to see my finances, stock pile, and everything frugal start to bend a little. We have lots of stuff to sell on craigslist and just can’t seem to get it together enough to get it ready to sell. So as you can see I desperately need to not only take my house back, but my life back. I decided that since the baby was coming and I didn’t want to overwhelm myself, I would start with the house and try to feel like I had done things each day to make progress toward the house I want.
I am hoping some of you will join me in this so we can support each other in this. i am planning on having a 10:00am update and a 6:00pm update on all the things I have gotten done and also I hope you will report as well. This way we can support and encourage each other to get our houses in order so we can live a better, frugal life. I will be posting my plan tomorrow as well as to how I am going to begin to make progress.

Ok, I’m in! We’re going to be moving soon so I might not be posting as much. I do have a ton of baby stuff I want to get on Craigslist before I move so we can go from a “baby” room to a “toddler” room without breaking the bank!
yeah!!! I need more motivation!!! Good to know I’m not the only one who is selling baby stuff for older kid stuff!
