The Diary of The Potty Training 2 Year Old With Huggies Pull-Ups Training Pants
Well, it is about that time… yup! My 2 year old has decided that she needs to use the potty. Like a lot of mom’s, I HATE potty training! It is the thing I hate the most about having kids and parenting. I have tried to put it off since I will have a new baby in a couple months, but I missed the window with my son and it took forever to get him trained. So I am trying really hard not to miss out on this because potty training my older daughter was much easier since I caught the window.
With both of the older 2 we used Huggies Pull-Ups Training Pants to help them learn about underwear and prevent accidents I have to clean up. If they were successful at making it to the potty they got to wear big kid underwear. So knowing I was about to embark on this adventure, I decided to start looking into how much pull ups were and get some packs so as soon as I get brave enough to start I had them on hand.
I was excited to see the roll back price on them on Walmart.com so I ordered a few. I was hoping to get 5 but they would only let me order 4, but that varies by store how many you can order at once. Each store will be different as to how many you can pick up. If you have them shipped to your house you can get as many as you would like.
Then I was able to pick them up the next time I was at the store at the site to store counter. It was SUPER easy to do and I loved not having to search for them at my store because they are not always in stock.
My daughter is so excited to get started with her potty adventure, as you can see in the picture. She loves showing her Pull-Upa off to everyone in the house any time she can! Me on the other hand wouldn’t mind waiting, so I am happy to have Pull-Ups to minimize the mess!
What tricks do you have to help with potty training success?
