When I was younger My grandma and I would make this recipe with butter.  It was always super moist and I loved it as a dessert warm out of the oven.  But as I grew I had a period of time where I was not eating any type of dairy.  That took the option for this bread out but I still wanted the yummy goodness so I had to convert the recipe to a dairy-free option.

Is it 2 bananas or 4? You have different numbers in your ingredient list from the recipe box

    1. Thank you for catching that! it is 3-4 but I usually do 4. I fixed it in the recipe.

This only fit in one of my “regular size” loaf pans. If I had put it in two it would be a thin loaf and overcooked. You need to specify the size of the pan.

    1. Thank you for your feedback. I use regular size pans as well. I have tried making them in many different size pans and I found that size to fit the best.
