Cheap Dinner for Two

Cooking a cheap easy dinners for two are hard because most recipes are written for 5 or more people. I remember having left overs for days before we started having kids.

There are 2 ways to make a cheap dinner for two. One is to make the recipe and freeze some for later or eat it for lunch. Another is to change the recipe to be small enough to be a meal just for 2. The first one is easier, but the second one is much more frugal as you buy just want you need.

It is also important to think of healthy meals you can cook so you are getting the most nutrition out of your meals. This can be accomplished by picking in season produce and using them in a short time by using a meal plan.

Here are some suggestions for smaller recipes that you can use to make 1 or 2 servings of frugal recipes for your little family. Meal for 2 is hard because most recipes are written for 5 or more people.
