Healthy Vegetable Beef Stir Fry

Vegetable Beef Stir Fry Recipe

For the past almost 7 years, I have been making stir fry and hearing my husband say to me every time, “Please don’t make this again.”  I would not make it for a couple months then add it back into the meal plan.  Rinse and repeat.

Well the last couple times I have made it I started tweaking the sauce recipe a bit.  This last time I made it, I finally hit the nail on the head and found the perfect balance for my healthy meal!!!

  1. Slice meat into thin slices and cook in a small amount of soy sauce until desired doneness. (is that a word?)
  2. remove meat and add vegetables to the pan.  Cook for 3-4 min.
  3. add meat and sauce to pan and cook until desired thickness of the sauce and until vegetables are done.
  4. Serve over rice and add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce if needed on top.
