Kids Bedroom Makeover Update

I wanted to give you an update of the kid’s room. If you have not seen the before pictures be sure you check them out. We had planned on getting a lot done over the Christmas and new years break, but then we ended up passing around the flu and my daughter ended up in the hospital for a few days. So we only got a little done. So I did a lot of ordering things online and we took a ~~quick~~ really long trip to Ikea to get some bins and I worked slowly on getting stuff done.

I started with moving the dressers out of the closet and getting the extra hanging rods in the closet. Then I took all the clothes out of the dressers and hung them up. This took a long time but I loved it when it was done. We then moved the dressers out int the garage and out of the room. There were clothes that we couldn’t hang up, like shorts and socks and underwear. So we took all the toys out of the bins under their bed and moved them and organized them in the bins in the closet. Then put the other clothes in the bins under the bunk beds.

So we were left with the closet all done except for the upper shelf and we still had to figure out where we will be putting the rocker for when the baby comes. So we are still working on that. The baby will be with us in our room for the first few weeks and then into the kid’s room, he will go. So I once that happens I will be making another video.
